Covid-19 Alert Level 3 - Delivery and click-and-collect available!

Following the government's announcement that we are in Level 3 from 11.59PM  Tuesday 21 September 2021, we will be operating delivery and click-and-collect for all purchases only.

All of our usual delivery options will be available.  See our standard shipping info for more details. 

We do however anticipate delivery drivers to be busier than normal during Alert Level 3, so normal delivery times are unlikely to apply. 

We therefore recommend local customers collect from store where possible. See below for details of this process.

Level 3 Store Hours

10.30am - 3pm         Monday - Sunday

We are on site during these hours for contactless pick-up of your click-and-collect orders. 

However as we will be operating with limited staff during this period, we recommend that you let us know what time you expect to pick up your order to minimize any wait times.

Collect from store

If you choose this option, please come to the normal entrance and knock on the front door.  Let us know your order number and then please step back 2 metres.

Our staff will collect your order and place your purchases outside the door.  Once the door is closed again, you may collect your items. 

This will ensure we can maintain contactless pick-up as an option while keeping everyone safe.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
