Berrymans Toys Gift Card Policy

1. Purchasing Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase both in-store and online.
They can be purchased in denominations ranging from $20 to $500.

2. Gift Card Usage

Gift cards can be used for any purchase at Berrymans Toys, both in-store and online.
They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or exchanged for cash.

3. Expiry Date

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, in compliance with New Zealand laws.
After the expiry date, any unused balance will be forfeited.

4. Lost or Stolen Cards

Berrymans Toys is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. They will not be replaced or refunded.

5. Balance and Usage Restrictions

The balance on the gift card can be checked online or in-store.
The gift card must be used in full, and any remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.

6. Refunds

Gift cards are non-refundable.
If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be processed back onto the gift card.

7. Online Purchases

When using a gift card online, the balance must cover the total purchase amount, including shipping fees. If the balance is insufficient, a second payment method can be used.

8. Fraud Prevention

Berrymans Toys reserves the right to cancel any gift card if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

9. Promotional Gift Cards

Gift cards issued as part of promotions or competitions may have additional terms and conditions.
