Berrymans Toys Return and Exchange Policy
1. Returning or Exchanging a Product
Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
You must provide the original invoice.
Items must be in saleable condition, unopened, unused, with original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals intact.
2. Change of Mind Returns
In-Store Purchase: If you change your mind, Berrymans Toys will offer an exchange or store credit, provided the return meets the criteria.
Different Store: Returns to a different store from the original purchase location are at the discretion of the store owner.
Online Purchases: Returns for online purchases will be accepted for an exchange or store credit, but shipping costs to return the product will be at the customer’s expense.
3. Incorrect Product Delivered (Online Purchases)
If an incorrect product is delivered from an online purchase, Berrymans Toys will exchange it and cover the cost of shipping both ways, provided the item meets the return criteria.
Online purchases must be returned through the online store.
4. Faulty Items
Berrymans Toys will comply with New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act for faulty products, accepting returns if:
The product is not of acceptable quality.
It is not fit for its intended purpose.
It does not match the description or sample provided.
Customers can choose to receive an exchange, repair, refund, or store credit for faulty items if they produce the original invoice.
5. Returns Process
Ensure the items meet the return criteria.
Have the receipt ready.
Contact Berrymans Toys Customer Service to initiate the return.
Securely package the items, including all paperwork, and address the return clearly.
Online Purchases: If Berrymans Toys is responsible for the return, the customer must initially cover the shipping costs, which will later be refunded, along with free delivery of the replacement item.
