Berrymans Toys Loyalty Program Policy

1. Membership Enrollment

Customers can join the Berrymans Toys Loyalty Program in-store or online.
Membership is free and available to New Zealand residents aged 18 and above.

2. Earning Points

Points are earned on every purchase, excluding gift cards, shipping fees, and certain promotional items.
Points are awarded at a rate of 1 point for every $1 spent.

3. Redeeming Points

Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
100 points are equivalent to $5 in store credit.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

4. Expiry of Points

Points must be redeemed within 12 months of being earned. Any unused points will expire after this period.

5. Discounts and Offers

6. Membership Cancellation
